"I want to take a moment here ,and express my experience with an insurance agent named Stephanie Fuller. She rocks. The best. So I was with state farm for a couple of years. Probably a good 5 years. Been through alot with them. Just this last year. Experiencing nothing but a pounding headache.. very frustrated. I was at my limit.. I pray not afraid to say that.. called up ready to give up. Then I ment an angel by the name of Stephanie Fuller. Exactly what every company needs to have. For all she's done for me. Giving just 5 starts. Needs to be at least 10 .. she had a way of making customers feels welcome. With all the billing and under writing problems she kept me strong as she could. Going out of her for me. Until I couldn't handle it. I get it its all about $$$$ however its not going to work if the increase gets too much. So I left. My new insurance company was fine in the first couple of days. Then turned sour .. couldn't have happened what i needed done. I thought that's it going back. I called her back spoke with Ethan at first took care of what i needed.. things started falling back into place. I forever grateful to her. She deserves this review plus more. Thank you Stephanie for being who you are. A true blessing and good person. Never change. Kevin Condon you have a star employee on your team. "When I first hooked up with Kevin condon's business I was thrilled very professional prices for perfect for me then there was issues with four different insurance companies that had got into my bank account somehow and took money out of my bank four different ones of course I got it back and everything and I thought what the heck is going on we'll come to find out it was because I had debit cards the banks of let's just get rid of the debit cards for a couple months and see what happens and just pay your bills by check I thought okay that's a good idea okay so I sent a check and I thought was around the 3rd of March or maybe 14th anyway I really had forgotten when my payment was due so the next thing you know a week or so later I get a check in the mail from him and statement stating that we are no longer in business together because of my request to close my payment plan account that was not my decision that was my decision from Elga Credit bank and I never got a chance to talk to him to explain to him I could start sending him the checks by mail until this issue was completed and taken care of I was going to mail the check back to him with this message that I'm sending to straighten things out about what happened it's the best insurance company I've been with for a long time and at least he didn't try scamming me like all the other four ones did is a very good person very friendly even his team people were very nice to me I feel bad and I wish Kevin you would contact me and let's get this straightened out I have no insurance right now I've been sitting in my apartment ever since this happened please let's start this over again take your check back and get me back on your account thank you.Dolly -Delena Hutchison. ."
