"I was lured in with reasonable quotes, then drug through the mud.

We are doing an addition on our house. Our first question was to our agent was if that was an issue. They assured me that it would not be, and they insured houses under construction all the time. After sending a 3rd party to take pictures of the house while doing the start of demolition and excavation, they sent me a text saying they are dropping me for "lack of maintenance" and "damage". We are currently under construction and things are being removed and demolished before being rebuilt, just like any construction/addition process on a house. I also have "derelict vehicles" in my yard that they were concerned about. That issue could easily be resolved. I asked my "agent" what where my expectations from state to stay insured, I received no definite answer. Just a few maybes.

As for my auto insurance, they asked via text to provide a form from my health insurance through work so I could defer the PPI. I sent it to them and it all seemed great until I got a text a week later saying so wasn't.

I wouldn't even call this an agency, because an agent by definition should represent and advocate for their customer. They are just puppets for State Farm that will just take a months worth of coverage premiums and then tell you via casual text message they are dropping you and give you no corrective actions to the situation. I must remind you that they were made aware of these concerns of right away.
